Effected Service: Simple Backup Solution
Effect: Some of the backup plans failed with the error message, "Access to the cloud storage was denied". Almost all of the next backups succeeded.
Root Cause: There was an issue with the agent service that is responsible for communicating account information to the datacenter.
Workaround: If the problem occurs and continues, please reboot the server.
Solution: Our vender is working on the patch. They are planning to release the fix in April 2023. (Update 4/28/2023) This issue has been fixed.
